Victor Sekgabu Ngake is Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in the mining, energy and logistics sectors. He leads the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance management, driving sustainable growth and delivering value for the Tlou various subsidiaries.

I am a well experienced mining professional with 25 years of experience in opencast mining operations and mining development.

My career spans all phases of surface mining, including planning, production, safety management, and operational optimisation.

I have international experience, having worked at a large-scale gold mining operation in Tanzania, where I contributed to efficient and compliant mining practices in a challenging operating environment.

I have also been mining chrome in and around Rustenburg areas. Currently, I hold the statutory Mine Manager’s appointment for two mining sites, providing leadership, regulatory oversight, and strategic direction to ensure safe, sustainable, and productive operations.

Victor Jabulani Khambule is an experienced mining professional with over 26 years of industry experience, specializing in large-scale mining operations and operational leadership. His expertise spans multiple mining disciplines, including draglines, drill and blast, production, dewatering, construction, and rehabilitation.

He is a proven leader with extensive experience in team management, safety performance, and operational excellence. Victor has successfully led teams of approximately 300 employees, consistently achieving strong safety results while delivering record production performance for consecutive years.

Victor is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, strong commitment to coaching and mentoring, and his ability to drive safe, efficient, and compliant mining operations.
